Order Tracking & Delivery
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using:

- Your order confirmation number on our website
- Directly through our shipping partner's website
Delivery Requirements
For your security and to prevent theft:
- Adult signature (21+) required for all orders over $500
- Packages cannot be left unattended for high-value orders
- Please provide a secure delivery address where someone can receive the package
- P.O. Boxes are not accepted for overnight or express shipping
Delivery Attempts: Our carriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, packages will be held at the local facility for pickup or returned to us. Additional fees may apply for redelivery.
